It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luther Draughn of Elkin, North Carolina, who passed away on December 9, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Draughn and Estaline Cockerham Draughn. He is survived by: his wife Diane Draughn; his siblings, Janice Stanley (Danny) of Roaring River and Eddie; his sisters-in-law, Cathy Collins of Wilkesboro and Donna Collins of North Wilkesboro; and his nieces and nephews, Josh, Melissa, Jamie, Amanda, Travis, Holly, Morgan and Garrett.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Life Center Fund, 593 Pleasant Hill Dr., Elkin, NC 28621.
