He is survived by: his daughter Laura B. Nixon (David) of Jonesville; his siblings, Kevin Byrd of Myrtle Beach and Kay Poindexter (Jim) of Dobson; his grandchildren, Logan Nixon (Sierra), Dawson Nixon and Cole Nixon; and his nephew Casey Wilmoth (Jena).
