She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Dobson and Lillie Royal Irwin; and her brothers-in-law, Maxie Martin and Clarence Moody. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Moody; her children, Brian Moody (Sandy) of State Road and Scarlett McCormick (Jimmy) of Dobson; her siblings, Joe Dickie Irwin (Pat) of Sparta, Shirley Martin of Elkin and Deborah Norman (Dollie) of Mountain Park; her grandchildren, Jade Kiger (Anthony), Chase McCormick (Megan), Bryson Moody and Kaylin Moody; her great grandchildren, Mason Kiger, Anistyn Kiger, Elyn Kiger and Lillian McCormick; and her pet Sally. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
