He was predeceased by: his parents, Lesley Woodrow Carrico, Sr. and Sadie Hodge Carrico; and his brother Samuel Carrico. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hash Carrico; his children, Amy Bunker (Chase) of Arkansas, John Paul Caudill of State Road and Dylan Jessup; his sisters, Savanna Hawks of Newton and Lavania Gilliam (Gwyn) of Jonesville; his grandchildren, Abagail Blevins, Madison Blevins, Kennedi Bunker, Emmalyn Bunker, Courtney Henley (Jake) and Nathan Gilliam; and his niece GiGi Willie (Ralph). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
