It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo Franklin Weller (Elkin, North Carolina), born in Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on August 10, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merril Weller and Florett Weller. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Weller; his stepson David Jones (Tonya) of Stokes County; his brother Roland Weller of Maryland; and his stepgrandchildren, Joseph Jones and Lilly Jones.
