It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Julius Eugene Parks Jr. (Elkin, North Carolina), who passed away on March 12, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius "Eugene" Parks and Ruby Pruitt Parks; his wife Virginia "Ginger" Frances Parks; his stepdaughters, Maureen Bumgarner and Ramona Miskevich; and his sisters, Julia Norman and Barbara Sparks.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna Parks Hill (Josh) of Wilkesboro; his stepchildren, Ronnie Fiermonte (Marcie Perry) of Cooper City, Florida and Deborah Fiermonte; and his brothers-in-law, Jack Sparks and Roger Norman. He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
