Josephine C. Marshall Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine C. Marshall (Elkin, North Carolina), who passed away on January 24, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mckinley Casey and Ohna Brown Casey; her husband Billy Leo Marshall; her siblings, Gracie Billings, Leona Bullins, Mattie Hawkins and Cletus Casey; and her son-in-law Dwight Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Miller, Susie Royal (Danny), Billy Lee Marshall (Judy) and Charles Joseph Marshall; her sister Marie Raydell Ponder; and her grandchildren, Brandon Royal, Casey Royal, Missy Miller, Christy Miller, Charley Marshall, Charla Jeane and Shellie Yabaro. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home (615 W Main St, Elkin, NC 28621). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
