He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Ford and Nelda Shore Casstevens; his stepfather Fred Casstevens; and his siblings, Jerry Stevenson Ford and Rebecca Casstevens.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Talley (Gary) and Lita Crockett (Stafford); and his brothers, Michael Casstevens (Gillian) of South Carolina and Freddy Casstevens of Missouri.
