He is survived by: his wife Mary R. Billings; and his siblings, Hubert Billings of North Wilkesboro, Donald Billings of North Wilkesboro, Helen Phillips Cockerham of Roaring River, Mildred Burcham of Jonesville, Geraldine Jordan of Roaring River and Erline Poplin (Kenneth) of Roaring River. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the donor's charity of choice.
