She was predeceased by: her parents, Dana Sale and Eva Sale; her siblings, John Everett Sale (Blanche), Dwight Sale (Evelyne) and Mariam Sale Bowers (Charles); and her grandparents, John and Addie Myers Sale (Raymond Colbert).

She is survived by: her brother Larry Sale of Boiling Springs; her half-sister Glenda Sale Blankley (Jim); her sons, David Colbert (Emily) and Mark Colbert (Pam); her nephews, Michael Bowers and Richard Bowers (Robin); her grandchildren, Holly Colbert Brewer (Thomas), Josh Colbert (Jessica), Kaitlyne Colbert and Sarah Colbert; her great grandchildren, Maggie, Ellie, Kadie Brewer, Taylor, Emma, Carly, Quest, Alley and Mia Colbert; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael (Allison), Christopher (Judy), Adam Bowers, Matthew, Erin (Jason) and Ashton (Will); and also, Juilianna, Garret, Emory, Evan, Lana, Charlotte, Justin Norman and Danny Bauguess. She is also survived by two nephews, four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
