He is survived by: his wife Amy Wagoner Mickle; his children, Lauren Long (Justin Wyatt) and Matthew Mickle; his stepchildren, Mark Fletcher (Ashley) and Michael Fletcher (Sabrina); his grandchildren, Baylee Wyatt, Brieanna, Ryan, Makayla Fletcher, Katie and Abby Fletcher; and his siblings, Kathy Smith (Mike) and Arthur Mickle (Edna).
