It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jaclyn Virginia Pendergrass (Elkin, North Carolina), who passed away on April 25, 2020, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Hubert John. She is survived by: her mother Vickie Swaim Pendergrass of Elkin; and her son Gabriel Ashyr Pendergrass. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family requests memorials be made to assist with final expenses.
