Hugh T. Burchette Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hugh T. Burchette (Elkin, North Carolina), who passed away on January 21, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Glenn Burchette and Maggie Kimmer Burchette; and his siblings, Jimmy Burchette, Granville Burchette, Paul Burchette and Edith Osborne.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Money Burchette; his children, Tommy Burchette (Rachel) of Charlottesville, Virginia, Danny Burchette (Steve Phillips) of Temple, Texas, Terry Burchette (Pamela) of Eufaula, Randy Burchette of Elkin and Beverly Ryan (Gerard) of Winston-Salem; his sister Glenda Carter (Jimmy) of East Bend; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth H. Burchette of Julian. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
