She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Frank Chatman Sr. and Willie Thelma Nixon Chatman; her husband Ray Burchette; and her brother Charlie Frank Chatman Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Morris (Terry) of Elkin; her brother James W. Chatman (Rosa Lee) of Elkin; her niece Jamie Chatman Pilkenton (Gary); her nephew Andrew Chatman (Sandra); her great-nephew Alex Chatman; her great-nieces, Cassandra Carter, Krystal Carter and Brianna Dancy; and also Shiloh Dancy.
