He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Martin and Hallie Mae Gilliam Stuart; and his brother Charles Gilliam Stuart. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hall Stuart; his daughters, Amanda Stuart Stroup (David) of Charlotte, NC and Robinette Stuart McLeroy (John) of Saint Cloud, FL; and his granddaughter Bonnie Stroup Tcherkezian (Matt) of Charlotte.
