She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Crosby McSwain; and her brother Clay Huckabee. She is survived by: her children, Regina Knight of Elkin and Kevin McSwain (Melissa) of Spartanburg, SC; her grandchildren, William Knight (Heather), Glenda Knight, Pennelopi McSwain, Natalie McSwain and Kassidy McSwain; and her great grandchild Zaraya Wittrell.
