We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2020, at the age of 98, Gertrude Peterson of Elkin, North Carolina, born in Leverett, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas James and Hazel Perry Peck; and her husband Harry Peterson, Sr.. She is survived by: her son Harry D. Peterson, Jr. (Anne) of Elkin; her sister Audrey McClister of Sandusky, OH; and her grandsons, Keith Peterson of Ghent, NY, Craig Peterson of Concord, NC, Eric Peterson of Elkin and Adam Peterson of Elkin. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
