He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Cook Jenkins; his daughters, Melissa Jenkins, Tiffany and Lee Fulton; his grandchildren, Kylee Fulton and Owen Fulton; his brother Tommy Jenkins; and his nephew Keith Martin. He is also survived by many nieces nephews and friends.
