She is survived by: her spouse David Lee Sparks; her brothers, Donald Wayne White of Germanton and Opie Woodrow White Jr.; her wife Carolyn White of Aledo; her brothers-in-law, Ted Sparks (Nancy) of Brooks Crossroads, Tony Sparks (Peggy) of Hamptonville and Ronnie Sparks (Mildred) of Elkin; her nieces and nephews, Melissa White Neidhart, Stephanie White Carrell, Anthony Craig White, Sandy L. White and Jeffrey S. Tuttle; and also Gary Leon White of Carolina Beach. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
