He was predeceased by: his parents, David Allen and Georgia Maxine Heaton Campbell; and his brother Larry Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Karri Campbell Adams (Andy) of Hays and Matthew Allen Campbell (Barbara Gray) of Marion; and his grandchildren, Campbell Sophia Adams, Haedyn Alyse Adams, Andrew Gibson Adams and William Allen Campbell.
