He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Mann and Martha Vestal Mann; and his brother David Mann. He is survived by: his close friend Angie Winsow of Elkin; his daughter Lisa Mann of Elizabeth City; his sister Dorothy Patterson of Jonesville; his nephews, Terry Patterson and Frank Patterson; and his niece Paula Jones.
