It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dixie McCann (Elkin, North Carolina), who passed away on February 27, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Ray McCann; her brothers, George Smith, Harvey Smith, Frank Smith and Eugene Smith; her children, Jimmy McCann (Tabitha) of Elkin and Nancy Lefler (Jeff) of Elkin; her siblings, David Smith (Wilma) of Elkin, Bill Smith (Johnsie) of Jonesville and Mag Adams (Jim) of Ocean Isle; and her grandchildren, Autumn McCann Willey (Justin), Josh Yarboro and Dillon McCann.
