We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2021, at the age of 64, Connie McLain of Elkin, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Franklin and Gennie Rucker; and her husband Talmage Steven McLain. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Speer (Bethanie) of Rural Hall and Rodney Speer of Elkin; her siblings, Ray Franklin (Virginia) of Lewisville, Larry Franklin of Lewisville, Edna Porter of Jonesville, Ruth Morelock (Gary) of Boonville and Betty Pulliam of Lewisville; her grandchildren, Michael Speer, Bobby Speer, Ragan Speer and Soloman Speer; and her great grandchild April.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Huff Funeral Home to help offset final expenses.
