With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles J. Flay of Elkin, North Carolina, who passed away on June 10, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank L. Flay and Bernice Flay (Little); his wife Gail Marie (Townsend); and his sons, Charles Flay (Cris), John Flay (Kathy) and Jason Flay (Katie). He was also cherished by his numerous grandsons and great grandsons.
