He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Locke Meadows and Katherine Souther Meadows; and his grandchildren, Luke Beck and Lacey Beck. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Payne Meadows; his children, Charles Robert Meadows (Sarah) of Wilmington and Maleia Beck (Eric) of Mocksville; his stepson Jason Penley (Amy) of State Road; his sister Cheryl Jones of Statesville; and his grandchildren, Lexie Beck, Haleigh Penley and Hunter Penley.
