He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Luffman Haynes and Kape Haynes. He is survived by: his wife Donna Clark Haynes of State Road; his daughters, Ellen Celeste Haynes of Dobson and Skylar Noel Mullis Haynes of State Road; his siblings, Bobby Joe Haynes (Ruby) of Elkin, Jo Ann Cooke (Joseph) of State Road and Faye Luther (Jimmy) of State Road; his grandchildren, Raven Jordan, G. G. Couch and Allister Couch; and his nieces and nephews, Angela Whitt, Heather Evans, Kayla Wagoner, Ray Cooke and Kerry Cooke.
