She was predeceased by: her parents, James T. Haynes and Alma Bray Haynes; her son Tom Brown; and her siblings, Tom Haynes, Claude Haynes and Imogene King.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Janet Brown of Clemmons; her sister Doris Holcomb of Boonville; and her grandchildren, Lauren Dean (Jamie) and Meghan Howell (Bryan). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
