He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Huffman and Katrina Eller Huffman; and his siblings, Ernest Huffman, Marcia Brown and Mary Shelton.
He is survived by: his wife Mahala W. Huffman; his daughters, Haley H. Posey (Kyle) of Virginia Beach and Kristen Huffman of Durham; his grandson Weston Posey; his siblings, Ward Eller (Kate) of Wilkes County, Joan Beshears of Wilkes County and Claudine Bell (John) of Statesville; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Shelton of Yadkin County and Laura Huffman of Wilkes County.
