Ardell Hemric Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2025, at the age of 92, Ardell Hemric (Elkin, North Carolina) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ardell Hemric to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelly Pruitt and Martha Mitchell Pruitt; her former husband Paul Sprinkle; her husband Frank Hemric; and her children, Carol Vanhoy and Benny Sprinkle.
She is survived by: her daughter Pat Anderson (Roy) of Clingman; her sisters, Margaret Elledge of Boomer and Mable Adams of North Wilkesboro; and her grandchildren, Tina Wagoner, Sheila O'Neal, Tommy Bullard, Billy Vanhoy, Jason Vanhoy and Alyson Snow. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the State Road Pentecostal Holiness Church (4106 Pleasant Ridge Rd, Summerfield, NC 27358). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, P. O. Box 325, Dobson, NC 27017 or State Road Pentecostal Holiness Church, 4106 Pleasant Ridge Road, State Road, NC 28676 in Ardell's memory.
