He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alvin Dean Andrews Sr. and Minnie Jameson Andrews; his wife Helen H. Andrews; his daughter Sarah Denise Andrews; his sister-in-law Nola Sue Couch of Elkin; and his friend Mike Smith (Tonya) of Ronda. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
