He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Fulp and Della Fulp; his son Terry Wayne Fulp; and his siblings, Olivia Fulp, Myrtle Marie Fulp and Harold Fulp.
He is survived by: his daughter Belva Miller (Steve) of Laurel Springs; his granddaughter Courtney McAvoy (Bryce) of Charlotte; and his great grandchildren, Meredith and Miller.
