He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Truman Church and Erleen McGuire Church; his wife Carolyn Church; his son Bradley Church of Deep Gap; his stepdaughters, Donna Bare (Jerry) of West Jefferson and Pam Davis of Fleetwood; his grandsons, Nathan Cheek (Becca) of Fleetwood and Josh Bare of West Jefferson; his great grandchildren, Kendra and Kylie Cheek of Fleetwood; and his brothers, Hansel Church (Doris) of Canton, GA and Curtis Church of Elk Park. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
