She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Linden Norman and Bertie Waycaster Norman; her son Ronnie Ray Neal; her husband Norville Vincent; and her siblings, Lucille Markland and Julius Norman.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jack Norman of Elk Park, NC and Joyce Ingram of Hampton, TN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
