She is survived by: her daughter Ramona Hayes (Scott) of Elk Park; her granddaughter Makenzi (Ryan Buchanan) of Raleigh, NC; her siblings, Richard Puckett (Debbie) of Banner Elk, NC, Carson Puckett (Judy) of Banner Elk and Sheila Banner (Terry) of Hickory, NC.; and her close friends, Johnny, Judy Anderson and Jim Treadway.
