She was predeceased by: her father Justice Winters; her brother Justice Winters; and her grandson Tucker Carpenter. She is survived by: her mother Gladys McGuire Winters; her son Matthew Arnett (Barbara) of Roan Mountain; her sister Allie Bivens Carpenter (Cody) of Elk Park, NC; and her grandchildren, August, Jonah Arnett and Tenlie Carpenter. She is also survived by Her nieces, nephew, and many cousins and friends.
