He was predeceased by: his mother Juanita Presnell. He is survived by: his father James Presnell of Spruce Pine; his sister Kaye Hollifield of Spruce Pine; his brother-in-law Freddie Hollifield of Spruce Pine; and his sister Janice Hughes of Marion. He is also survived by five nephews, one niece, and several great nephews and nieces.
