He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Jones and Junie Jones. He is survived by: his wife Edith Clawson Jones; his daughters, Deborah Jones of Banner Elk, NC and Diann Harris (Greg) of Elk Park, NC; his grandchildren, James Erwin of Minneapolis, NC, Callie Sheppard (Jonathan Elk Park), Job and Brooke Harris; his great grandchildren, Quentin Cooper and Lily Nenninger; his sister Mable Shook (Bradley); his brothers-in-law, Clifford Gobble and Johnny Bradshaw; his siblings, Myrtle Gobble, Faye Bradshaw, Lucille, Verna Grace Jones, Vance, Orville, Rex, Paul and Clyde Lee Jones; and also Jim Erwin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a multitude of friends.
