It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Eugene Stines of Elk Park, North Carolina, who passed away on March 20, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David Eugene Stines and Goldean Potter Stines; and his siblings, Carolyn McKinney, Rebecca Dellinger and Jesse Junior Stines.

He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Riddle Stines; and his brother David Stines (Melissa) of Elk Park, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
