He is survived by: his parents, Johnny Hayes and Karen Franklin Hayes; his siblings, Johnny Fletcher Hayes Jr. (Meredith) of Newland, NC, Matthew Hayes of Elk Park, NC and Kristy Thompson (Jeremy) of Elk Park, NC; his nieces, Auri Hayes and Norah Hayes; and his cousin Tristan Hayes of Elk Park.
