We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2023, at the age of 90, Berlyn Turbyfill Ward of Elk Park, North Carolina, born in Elizabethton, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Turbyfill and Lillie Eggers Turbyfill; her husband Conard Ward; her son-in-law Sammy Trivette; and her sisters, Ruah Eggers and Theddy Rasnick.
She is survived by: her children, Leta Trivette of Newland, Patsy Potter (Randy) of Elk Park, April Ward (Shawn) of Elk Park, Donley Ward, Larry Ward (Donna) of Elk Park, Arville Ward of Mountain City, Randell Ward (Libby) of Boone and Jamie Ward (Heather) of Todd; and her siblings, Thelma Ward of Sugar Grove and Junior Turbyfill of Elizabethton. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
