He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Norris and Mamie Johnson Norris; and his siblings, Byrl, Roger, Jimmy, Doyle, Leon, Estel Norris, Barbara Miller, Doris Davis and Alma Norris.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Bare Norris; his son Travis Norris (Catherine) of Kinston, NC; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Norris of Kinston, NC and Rachel Norris of Kinston, NC; and his siblings, Gerald Norris (Carolyn) of Elizabethton, TN and Alice Shell (Carrol) of Elizabethton, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and extended friends.
