He was predeceased by: his mother Leola White Johnson; his son William D. Johnson Jr.; his brother Robert Theodore Johnson; and his grandson Jeremy Michael Cain. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Carter Johnson; his daughter Crystal Renee Storms (Brian) of Clarkton; his sister Betty Ann Johnson of Clarkton; his granddaughter Brittany Renee Simmons (Josh) of Clarkton; his great grandchildren, Hunter Blake Simmons and Hayleigh Brooke Simmons; and his close friends, Billy Babson, Robert Jessup, Marilyn Kennedy and Vanessa Thompson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and his fur baby.
