She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Smoak. She is survived by: her children, Bobbie Ann Todd (Donnie) and Walter H. Smoak Jr. (Bobo); her granddaughters, Candice Dowd (Mickey) and Danielle Merritt (Donny); and her great grandchild Miles Henry Dowd. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and a lifetime of friends.
