She is survived by: her husband Frank Stephenson; her children, David Turner Stephenson (Alecia) of Cary and Virginia Lee Hunt of White Lake; and her siblings, Michael Scott Turner (Donna) of Kinston, Vicky Turner McMillan (Bill) of Flowery Branch, GA and Lee Turner Paul (Glenn) of Braselton. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
