He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Q. Wells; his brothers, James, Leamon, Buck, Ernest Jr. and Otis; and his great-nephew Ronald Ray Page.
He is survived by: his wife Judy S. Wells; his son Samuel Ray Page; and his sisters, Ethal Ward, Marie Ahrens and Frances Magaha. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
