She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Campbell Ray and Jessie LeGrande Ray; her husband Fred D Priest, Sr.; and her siblings, Leland Ray, Earl Ray, Horace Ray and Lillian Robbins.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Winkleman (Tom), Marilyn Jordan of Elizabethtown, Phoebe McGavock (Billy) and Fred D. Priest, Jr. (Terrie) of Whiteville; her grandchildren, Alison Mengel (Eric), Brent Urban (Alana), Christy Urban, Adam Jordan (Lexi), Lacie Jacobs (Blake) and Evan Priest; her great grandchildren, Reed Mengel, Tyler Mengel, Cole Mengel, Madisyn Gutierrez-Urban, Brayden Espinoza, Bryson Urban, Brensley Urban, Desi Urban, MacKenzie Jacobs and Campbell Jacobs; and her adoptive daughter Dot Purdie.
They are also appreciative of her special roommate and friend Patricia Cordle Those who wish to honor her memory are encouraged to make a donation to the ECA School Fund at Elizabethtown Baptist Church.
