Grady Cole Hester Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Grady Cole Hester of Elizabethtown, North Carolina, who passed away on February 3, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Costen Hester and Tiny Callihan Hester; his son Christopher Hester; and his siblings, Woodrow Hester, Vance Hester, Bernard Hester, Liston "Mack" Hester, Levi Hester and Wilma Stubbs.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Hargrove Hester; and his children, Grady Hester of Elizabethtown, Ralph Hester of Elizabethtown, Timothy Hester (Cornelia) of Kelly, Gail Willis (Glenn) of Tobermory, Joy Hester, Shannon Hester and Paulette Hester of Elizabethtown. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
