He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Haynes Hall; his siblings, Harry Haynes Hall, Lois Hall Harrelson and Rachel Hall Brown; and his niece Jane Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Hilda Kinlaw Hall; his children, Jeff Hall (Jen) of Raleigh and Donna Hall Packer (Jerry) of Whitakers; his grandchildren, Logan Hall, Kayla Hall, Wayne Packer (Roxie) and Richard Packer; his nephews, Earl Harrelson (Cindy), Curt Brown (Mary) and Steve Brown (Angela); and his niece Rebecca Baldwin (James).
