Birdwell of Cotton Town, TN and Nancy Ellen Holster of Cotton Town, TN; his grandsons, Jeremy Hooks, Kanon C. Hodges, Nic E. Martinez-Iturralde, Jonathan Padgett and Blair Padgett; his great grandchildren, Lillie Grace Hooks and Ayden James Hooks; and his stepgrandchildren, Matthew Padgett, Tia Albritton and Brittany Lee Padgett.
