He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Eugene Baxley and Frances Melvin Baxley. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Grimes Baxley; his sons, Tanner Baxley of Cary, Ryan Baxley of Wilmington and Logan Baxley; and his sister Tammy Blount (Tim) of White Lake.
